Dell Precision 390 and Dell precision T3400

Hi Folks

I have a bit of a newbie question.

How do I remove the drive cage from a Dell Precision 390 and Dell precision T3400.

Im trying to remove the CDROM drive from the cage but cannot seem to get it out. Its wrecking my head.

Any Ideas?
