Dell XPS420 Blinking Green Light on Power supply

I was using my computer today then it just shut off. It will not power back up and I can hear the power supply fan spinning and there is a green blinking light on the back of it. Thoughts? Thanks

What is the colour of the power button LED, is it blinking, solid, or not lite?

Check the reading of the 4 diagnostic lights on the front panel.

Are there any error messages, or 'Beeps'?

A solid amber power LED, indicates > A device may be malfunctioning or incorrectly installed.

First try the following:

Open the case and remove and then reinstall all memory modules.

Remove and then reinstall any expansion cards, including graphics cards.

For more information on the above, check out the link I posted.

The power button is amber and not blinking (solid). No error messages or beeps, only the fan spinning.
