Dell local data backup

two weeks ago my pc stoped working.i was able to do a Dell emergency local data back up of my HD.

after getting it fixed (had to wipe clean and turn pc back to like it was when i took it out of the box three years ago) everything in the local back up folder on my desk top isnt restoring to its place or working correctly.

EX:

the programs in the back up are saying wasnt itstalled right please click start up again.

please...

i dont know what to do here.i had hundreds of pictures of my niece who passed away at 16 in that back up.

I TRUSTED DELLS PRODUCT TO PROTECT MY FILES AND FOLDERS and it failed.
