Dimension E521 !!!Wont Boot!!!
The desktop came with vista home but ,i didnt want it so i downgraded to xp64 it was working perfectly until
i tried using the internet it didnt detect the hardware for it(modem/adapter/???)i was in the middle of reinstalling the bios when it lost power .i tried restarting it but only the green light turned on.the monitor said
that there was no signal....Please help(the cpu im using is from 1999.Itss slowwwwww) any advice/tip would be helpfull.

Lost power during BIOS install is NOT a good thing.
This usually means that the motherboard is now an expensive paper weight and a new one must be ordered and installed.

Is there anyway to repair it ? Sodering /Replacing ..Anything.
Well thank you for your help ill order a new MBoard....
