Dynamic Link Library
Along with other problems, I am receiving a message on Start up as follows:
Windows.Network
Unable to Load Dynamic Link Library - Msnp32dll
What is this all about?
My system:
Dell XPS-700 Dimension Desktop
64 MB,SDRAM
V.905/56K PCI DataFax Moden
Win98SE

Assuming you use dialup networking, see if the following helps:

Steve: Thanks for prompt reply. I changed over from dial-up to DSL, and that's when all my problems started:
1. Dynamic Link Library notice
2. Win/Registry or Sys.INI File - cannot find device file, etc. etc.
Don't know what the device file is that Win cannot find?
Other letters on Win open at start up warning: Vredir.Vxd, and DFS.VXD.
Thought these might be the lost device files......but they were not.
