GX280 CPU speed reported as 4.7GHZ in properties, 433MHZ in LanDesk

I have a CX280 that had a connectivity issue, that was fixed.  However I notice that LanDesk reported  a super slow CPU speed of 433MHZ, while the Properties dialog on the box reported a 3.2GHZ CPU and a speed of 4.73GHZ.  I ran a performance test that seems to show that while individual indicators exceed my GX270, the composite CPU score is a bit lower.  I updated the BIOS to A08, with no luck.  It is slow booting, but without a hugely obvious difference from other similar machines.  Anyone out there seen this before?
