GX620 A11 BIOS USB legacy emulation failure

After going from A10 to A11, USB legacy emulation has ceased to work. This prevents me from installing machines from Remote Installation Services (RIS) and several of our bootable utilities from working. I spoke to tech support on the phone twice, the first time my call was "dropped" after the tech said they didn't believe it was a hardware issue, and the second time, after re-explaining everything again, a different tech said that this is the first they've heard of it and there was nothing they or I could do other than enter notes in the case, which I never received a case number for, so I'm assuming they just deleted it. Is there any way to get through the front line defense and actually speak to someone who knows what they are doing?

For clarity, I can access the BIOS and boot menu, and our PXE boot menu, but as soon as I get to the Client Installation Wizard in RIS, or to a DOS prompt, the keyboard is locked up. Num lock, caps lock and scroll lock don't cause any updates to the keyboard LEDs and control-alt-delete doesn't work either.

That's odd, my GX620 handles this just fine...

We are jumping into a pxelinux boot loader menu, I'll try a direct boot without going through pxelinux. But it seems odd that we've been using it on every machine from a Pentium II, dual P4 xeons, to Core 2 Optiplex 745; and it's only this particular rev of the BIOS on a GX620 that has a problem; not A08, not A10, just A 11. I remember the GX280 went through about 5 BIOS revisions of nothing other than USB keyboard issues, though I never had a total lock up. This PXElinux configuration has worked without a problem on about 3000 machines so far: GXa VMware workstation 5 Gateway 4M4PBOX1 GX1 GX100 Dimension T600 GX110 GX115 GX150 Dimension 4100 GX240 Inspiron 8500 GX260 PowerEdge 2550 GX270 PowerEdge 2650 GX280 GX620 Latitude D610 745
