Graphics Card Compatibility for XPS 435 MT
I am wanting to upgrade my current Dell XPS 435 computer graphics card to a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6144MB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 Graphics Card. Will my motherboard support it?

I see no reason why not.
GTX 1080 TI cards have been used with XPS 400 pentium D systems from 2006 with external power supply. $6 CPU with $700 GPU
This is a NON UEFI Socket 775 Dell vs your LGA 1366 system which is similar to Dell Precision T3500.
