Your best bet for this system would be to get the low profile R7 240 HERE. You will need to change to the low profile brackets that come with it.

I was reading something about a nvidia GeForce gt 625 or 635 but It say discrete I don't know what that mean, and the expansion space is about 3.9 in so need to be more small than 4.3

The GT 625 and 635 are OEM cards and cannot be bought at the retail level.
