I am looking for instructions to upgrade my dell "XPS 435T" Raid 1 hard drives. Are these instructions somewhere in Dell Support?

I am looking for instructions to upgrade my dell "XPS 435T" Raid 1 hard drives from 640GB to 2 TB drives. The Raid array is my boot 'drive'. I just need instructions.
