Inspiron 3650, Microphone hissing

Hello Recently purchased the Inspiron 3650 Everything is going great but when i go to record or stream or talk on skype in my mic there is some sort of hissing noise. And i can not find where there is like a noise suppression i have Dell audio i dont know if i have Realteak audio manger or where to find it or if i need to uninstall dell audio and download that instead. Any help would be nice thanks.
