Personally, I would not because I think 10 is better than 8/8.1. I would simply use a wired USB keyboard and mouse. Your call.

* Turn the mouse and keyboard off
* Replace the batteries in both the mouse and keyboard
* Turn the mouse on, then the keyboard
* Disconnect and reconnect the KM632 USB Receiver into a USB port on the computer

If both a wired and wireless keyboard are having issues, then you need to reinstall all of the Inspiron One 2320 chipset drivers, one at a time, rebooting after each one. Then retest.

So you are using a computer and mouse/keyboard never tested in Windows 10. How long was the keyboard and mouse working in the non-tested Windows 10 operating system? There are no Windows 10 drivers for the KM632 =

So if they worked at all in 10, then they were using 10 default drivers. Assumed that you have done Windows 10 updates?

And was the KM632 working then? If yes, then some update that Windows 10 did has caused the issue. But we are guessing since we never tested 10 on any of this hardware. You should ask the users on the Windows 10 Forum board for help with the non-tested hardware.
