Edit your post and remove the Service Tag number (Serial number).  That is a violation of the terms of service for the forum and if a moderator sees that usually they will remove the entire post.

I have no idea what a "DHP" model is.  However, HERE is the Dell documentation page.  You can access the manuals by the common model numbers such as "Dimension E510", "XPS 410", etc.
