Missing Dell 720 Printer
Hello--
Was supposed to receive a free Dell 720 printer with my order and did not receive it. I noticed there are 2 different order numbers listed on my order confirmation, so I'm assuming that the printer is on it's way and part of a different invoice but just wanted to check.
I have another identical system that shipped out today so I was also wondering if this will be the same deal with that system.

Either post this in the "Customer Care" section of the forum or call Dell Customer Service.
This section is mostly users helping users with hardware and software issues relative to peripherals.

The printers are on back order, at least that's what it said when I orderd my new notebook a couple of days ago. Hope that helps.
