Need SM Bus Controller for Vostro 200

I had to format my Vosto 200. I thought I downloaded all of the drivers back on it, but it still says I am missing the SM Bus Controller. I looked through the Dell site and can't seem to find it. My computer seems to be running fine without it so maybe I don't even need it?????
