No DMS59 signal on new ATI 6350 card

Just added a Radeon 6350 DMS59 video card (also has a mini display port) to Optiplex 990 SFF runing WIN7 64bit. No signal seen from dms59 connection to monitors but mini display port output works fine ( with same monitor). Multiple monitor display is enabled in system settings. Have updated all drivers, device manager recognizes and identifies 6350 card and lists device as 'working properly'. No gaming center loaded in Catalyst Control Center - so no 'Crossfire' issues as mentioned in other online posts. I've run out of troubleshooting options and would appreciate any suggestions for next steps. Hate to just say the dms59 output problem is a hardware failure, but that is always a possibility. Ideas anyone? Thanks, Tom P.S. first time poster, not a pro - not stupid, but still might need a KISS answer

OK --If user posts in the woods, does anyone here the tree fall?    Not that anyone will notice this closure post, but to help futre seekers of info my replacement card arrived today and was plug an play -- so lo and behold - ATI Radeon Vidoe Card 6350 SFF DMS 59 DP did not work because first card received was DOA for DMS output.    Dell phone tree through sales channel was a nightmare to naviagate, but once I reached someone (3rd person, 4th call) who could actually help -- replacement was swift.   If anyone from Dell is monitoring -- the phone tree and time it took took resolve this, is real deterent to ever ordering accesories through dell again... and we do have plenty of choices.

This solves the problem and should close this thread (moderators?)

... just to add ... ran diagnostics on reboot and identified Video Card problem -- Error Code 2000-0332 -- Video Memory integrity test discrepancy.  Dell support sez to remove and re-install card and retest.-- will be trying that next.

Remove and reinstall the video card on a Desktop Computer for error codes:

    • 2000-0332

Be sure to remove and reinstall the monitor cables. After
reinstalling the Video Card re-run the diagnostics if you receive the same error
code Contact Us.

... Problem still there after re-install.  Dell tech chat suggested asking for a replacment , likely a hardware issue.
