Non-warranty Support

I have a Dell Dimension Desktop 9200 that is about 4 years old. The extended warranty is up but I need support. I've tried these forums but with no answers. Does Dell not provide technical support if the warranty is up? I can't seem to find any way to fix the problems I'm having and really need someone to help. I'm happy to pay for technical support but it doesn't seem that Dell offers it. Is there any Dell technical support besides the forums? TIA

Yes, Dell does provide technical support to out of warranty systems. If you are in United States, you may call on 1-800-624-9896. Let me know if you are in a different country.

If you wish, you can let me know the issue you are facing; would be glad to assist you.

Thanks for the quick answer Appu. I am in Canada and am having difficulty with my printer and my wireless set-up.

Hi TIA,

For Canada expired warranty support, you may call on 1-866-440-3355 (9 a.m.–9 p.m). For printers, you can call on 1-877-335-5767.

As far as the issue is concerned, please share more information.
