I have a Dell Inspirion 660s and I want to know if there is a Nvidia card that will fit in my system and is Good for Gaming (Primarily for Call of Duty)

I haven't tried nVidia, but Sapphire has a 7750 DDR5 card available in low profile that will fit in the 660s chassis. I think it may work with the stock power supply, too; if it doesn't, you can replace it with a higher-wattage unit. (It is TFX form factor.)
