Optiplex 320 how to power on without a switch

Hi,

This is my first post so i would like to say hello to everyone.

I have a Optiplex 320 motherboard but without chassis and "power switch"... and I have no idea how can I power it on... I was lookig for some pinout schematics but with no luck..

Can anyone help me with that ?
