Precision 390 Multimedia Video Controller Driver
I am banging my head on this, looking for the above driver...this is XP 64 bit...
I have the correct video driver, from nvidia's site, but cannot find this driver...

No offense, but are you sure you have an nVidia video card not, an ATI card?
Do you have some kind of TV tuner card (eg, Hauppauge) in this PC?

It's either the Nvidia Quadro or the Ati FireGL. Add your service tag here so we can see what hardware shipped.
