Precision 470 possible VRM 0 failure

I have a (just over) 3-year old Precision 470 that was working fine until I came in Monday morning. The diagnostic lights indicate "A possible VRM 0 failure has occurred." I've run full extended diagnostics and the specific system board and processor tests but they show no errors. Any ideas on where I should look next?
