Remote modification and verification of BIOS
WE have a number of newer DELL OptiPlex systems and we started using SCCM and WOL (Wake-On-LAN) within the environment. Now we found out that the systems do not support the WOL feature by default and found a DELL tool to assist. The settings are made and pushed out as a self uncompressing and running executable that makes the modifications.
Our angency is pretty large and I am now looking for a method to check if this BIOS feature was set or still needs to be set. Anyone have any ideas? We have 8,000+ systems within the organization.
Thank you.
