Install your version of Windows.

Install the following software and drivers in the order listed below.

NOTE: If your system download page offers a DSS or NSS file in the 'System and Configuration Utilities' Category. And you have already tried to install some drivers, you will need to reboot in Safe Mode to install the DSS or NSS file, and the chipset. Then reboot the system and install the rest of the drivers in the correct order.

I have followed your instructions above, however I come upon another problem which is:

When installing R149559 Dell drivers for Mouse and Keyboards I am presented with the following error:

'Sorry, this software is not compatible with your operating system. Please visit www.logitech.com to download a compatible version.'

I have visited logitech website, but I am unsure which product keyboard software I need to download, my keyboard carries the DELL logo and has the following PID no: LZ741BL01EM.
