XPS 27 Touch All in One: Headphone audio has horrible feedback

I have a new XPS 27 Touch All in One Desktop, and the audio through headphones creates awful feekback. There is a fuzziness whenever there is an audio playing, and sometimes when there is no audio playing at all. I've used two different headphones and the issue persists (the headphones are clear as a bell in my other computers).

Are there any fixes to this issue, or is this just poor quality manufacturing?

I have the same problem.  Has anyone come up with a solution?

Only in headphones.  I have good quality Bose headphones that produce crystal clear sound on my sound system and Iphone.  But on my Dell, there is a constant fuzz in the back.  I have tried playing with the equalizer but nothing seems to do it.

Thanks.

Not much help from Dell!!!!  Where is that quality service they are bragging about!

TechBargain on YouTube even said the XPS 27 all one's speakers were 'paper thin when it comes to low notes', this simply means the audio has no bass at all.

Try this to get better sound quality from your speakers and headphones:
