XPS 630i setting FAN SPEEDS in Nvidia Control panel

Hi i have a XPS 630i I overclocked my computer and now I just need some help on how to set the fan speed so that it turns on to a certain percentage everytime i turn on my computer. because i have been doing thsi manually, everytime i turn on my computer and its a pain. I think i have to set some kind of profile in the nvidia control panel, can anyone help me out?

I have tried to get the Nvidia profiles to load automatically at startup, but they just won't do it. I even have it checked to load at start up with all the setting I want, the system info says that the profile is loaded, but none of the fans change, so I just load mine manually, that works ok, I know it's a pain.
