XPS One will not turn on

My 2 year old XPS One will not turn on.  Blue indicator light turns on, fans run but screen blank and keyboard does not turn on.

Started about a week ago, taking longer for screen to come on and now nothing.  Am not very computer literate but it sounds like mother board.  Hoping it's something a lot easier.

Any help would be appreciated.
