XPS400 No Post

User tried to add internal wireless nic, now the xps400 won't post.  I removed the wireless nic but on

Powerup it still only shows:

X300XT Bios p/n 113-a33437-102

and stays there forever.  No additional post - no dell screen -no beeps - nothing.  Held power button down 15+ sec- still same thing.  The diag lights on front are 123

 Any suggestions?
