configuration info incomplete or damaged (Code 19)

When using the Device Manager to check the status of my XPS-700 system components after a system drive restore from a ShadowPerfect) image, I am getting the following message for each of the Inter Core CPU 6600-2.4GHz processors "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged (Code 19)"  I've run the Dell PC Checkup tests and everything passes.  What should I do to address this registry issue?  I am using Windows XP with all the current patches installed.
