email from Dell esupport with links for downloading driver updates?

I don't know if this is a legitimate Dell contact or not, and do not have premium support. It is frustrating not to have a way to contact Dell directly with this kind of question, but ...

can anyone tell me if this is a normal method Dell uses to advise about driver updates?  I would have thought that the Dell Assistant would handle such a thing without emails.

Help!

My advice is if you don't trust it don't open it.  There are ways to find out if its from dell by looking at the email headers and such but most email programs hide those.  As far as I know any driver updates would come from their Assistant program or you can download them directly from the Dell support page.
