reigister a video session in e-learning course on dvd recorder

hi, sorry for my english :-)

Next week i will start to follow a course about Windows Server 2008R2 through an e-learning platform. I would like to register that lesson to have the possibility to watch them again. I have a dell xps and i would like to know if i can register the video/audio session of my course in  DVD recorder throught his HDMI OUTPUT.

The problem is that i have to interact with the live video session of the course so i need also to watch the course on my monitor. It's possible or if i select the HDMI OUTPUT i lost "my monitor?"

Hi giobaxx,

Yes, you can use an HDMI output to register the video/audio session of the course in a DVD recorder. The display on the monitor will not be lost as you will have to clone it and you may use windows key + p key to select the desired option as given in the below picture:
