Aurora R4 startet nach Bios Update nicht mehr - Bildschirm schwarz

Hallo,

Nachdem auf meinem PC ein BIOS-Update installiert hatte bekamm ich ständig Probleme, so dass kein Windowsupdate mehr möglich war und einige Programme nicht mehr liefen.

Nach Neu-Installation vom BIOS geht jetzt gar nichts mehr. Bildschirm schwarz, 1x piepen beim einschalten. Teilweise wiederholtes Piepsen, die aber nicht bei jedem einschalten.

Gibt es irgendeine möglichkeit den PC zum booten zu bringen? Windows-CD hatte ich eingelegt, leider ohne Ergebnis, Bildschirm bleibt schwarz.

Dell-Support habe ich leider nicht mehr, da der PC älter als zwei Jahre ist.

Gibt es irgendwelche Dateien, die ich über USB-Stick oder CD einspielen könnte, damit zumindest der Bildschirm wieder funktioniert, da ich mit schwarzem Bildschirm komplett Ahnungslos bin, was los ist.

Hallo,

Ich kenne keine Methode bei Desktops - trotzdem stelle ich dir mal eine kurze Anleitung für Notebooks zur Verfügung - vielleicht hilft es:

1. On a separate functional computer, download the BIOS flash for the troubled system and save it to the C: drive. Open a Command Prompt.

2. At the prompt, type c: and press <Enter>. At the C: prompt, type biosflashname –writehdrfile. (or biosflashname /writeomfile if you receive an error) This will create an .HDR with the same file name as the BIOS flash. The HDR file will end up in the same location as the BIOS flash executable was ran from, the C: drive.

2. Copy the .hdr file from C: to a bootable USB key.

3. Remove AC adapter from the system to be recovered. The battery can stay in.

4. Insert the USB key into any open USB port on the notebook.

5. Hold down the <End >key while inserting the AC adapter. One of the system LEDs (most likely the battery status LED) will flash amber. Release the <End > key within one or two seconds of the amber LED turning on. NOTE: If the key is not released within one or two seconds of the amber LED turning on, the system will abort crisis recovery mode, and will instead attempt to boot normally. If you this correctly, the NUM, CAP, and SCROLL lock lights should all come on and the fan should spin at high speed.

6. The BIOS will be automatically updated. When the operation is complete, the system will shut itself off.

Ansonsten, versuch bitte folgende Vorgehensweisen:

bei dir - CMOS Reset

1. Passwort Jumper

2. CMOS Jumper

Power off the system and disconnect from electrical outlet.
Remove the left side cover.
Locate the 3-pin CMOS or password reset jumper on the system board.
Remove the jumper plug from the CMOS or password reset jumper pins 1 and 2.
Place the jumper plug on the CMOS or password reset jumper pins 2 and 3 and wait approximately five seconds.
Remove the jumper plug and replace it on the CMOS or password reset jumper pins 1 and 2.
Replace the left side-panel.
Connect the computer and devices to electrical outlets and turn them on.

Ansonsten nimm bitte soweit alles aus dem System raus und versuche den Rechner mit minimaler Konfiguration zu starten. Eine Anleitung dazu gibt es unter:
