EMCTA and KM - non partner status
While working for an EMC partner I achieved some EMCTA certifications. I recently went to work for a non-partner but find I can no longer take the KM exams to maintain my certifications. Is there a way to get access to maintain my certifications? I tried opening a ticket on the education site but I've gotten no response and also tried our EMC training rep but can't get a response there either. Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Josh,
Unfortunately you cannot access internal training the way you could as a partner. As a customer your options are limited to earning an SA certification in your product track, which will at least bring you the customer-available courses in the form of Knowledge Maintenance. Also, see Questions 7 and 11 of the Knowledge Maintenance FAQ.
