Issue with Candidate ID
Since my candidate id was not reflected in pearson database, testing center people have created a new candidate id for me while I went to write Specialist certification. Certtracker shows Associate cert details with old candidate id in old profile. But, Specialist certification I passed with new candidate id is not shown in the new certtracker profile. Is there any way to merge both the candidate IDs into a single certtracker profile ?

Hello - anytime different demographic data is used when appearing at Pearson VUE or taking a TestCraft test, a new account will be created.
You may request to have your accounts merged by emailing EdServices@emc.com. Please be sure to include the email address used in your CertTracker account as well as the 2 account numbers.
