Knowledge Maintenance Notifications for VPLEX/VE 2.1 sent 07/10 and 7/11/2014

VPLEX/VE 2.1 was made generally available on June 24, 2014.

The following Knowledge Maintenance (KM) notifications, which are associated with the VPLEX/VE 2.1 product release, were sent to certified Specialists in the associated EMC Proven Professional tracks:

If you're a Proven Certified Specialist or Expert in this track, you should have received an e-mail notification between 4:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, July 10 and 11:45 a.m. EST on Friday, July 11, 2014. If you did not receive the notification and you believe you should have, you can take the following steps to correct the situation:

1. Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder to see if it was filtered.
2. If you did not receive the e-mail, check the EMC Cert Tracker at https://www.certmetrics.com/emc to see if your e-mail address is correct.
3. If your address in Cert Tracker is missing or incorrect, enter the correct address so you will receive future notifications.
