CCTK TPM Activation step generate 201 error
cctk --tpmactivation=activate --valsetuppwd=.....
In some cases this step generates a 202 error.
Which accoridng to the CCTK documentation means:
202. System password cannot be set when pwdlock option is in locked state (pwdlock=lock).\n
What causes a system to be in a "locked state"?

The thread title says error 201 which is a different error message: "201. %s cannot be modified when TPM is OFF.\n". In my experience, some models require a reboot between enabling the TPM and activating the TPM while some models don't. Perhaps that is the case for you. What model(s) are your getting error 201?
For error 202, try running cctk.exe --pwdlock=unlock and see what happens. If it is successful then try enabling and activating.
