Dell Catalog to Support Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager for Dell Hardware Updates

I don't understand undate the package with DELL Catalog  via SCCM 

the DELL Catalog only is a XML file ,there is NO package ,we import catalog  to SCUP ,we can to check dell release driver and APP ,then we publish the driver and APP ,we can view information about the update under WSUS，when we Use SCCM to Deploy the Updates,you can  view ALL update In SCCM go to Software Updates->Update Repository->Updates->Dell->All Updates,

I don't kown how to apply to update in client computer when all updates list under SCCM server
