Dell Wyse Thin Client "Printer LTP1 Oflline" error

Dear Forum Members,

I have a Wyse S10 with two usb printers (Toshiba BFV-4D Label & Brother HL-L2300D) attached.

I’ve installed the drivers on the windows virtual machines and mapped the printers in Citrix Desktop Studio. The printers show up in windows and print perfectly, but every time I print on Toshiba Lebel Printer the RDP session is minimized and I get an error in the Wyse OS: “Printer LPT1: offline”. Clicking ok brings back the RDP session.
