Encrypt Dell Command Configure .ini / ,cctk

Hello. Someone previously in my position has configured a dell .ini file. All BIOS configuration .ini files prior to 2015 are encrypted. We are still using them.

I want to export a .ini file so that my --setuppwd such that these old files were. Has this feature been removed? There is no option in the wizard to encrypt the .ini file (anylonger, at least).
