Latitude E4310 MDT2010 " access denied" network share credentials fail

I have been successfully deploying XP sp3 image to all of our Dell laptops and Desktops - D420,D430, E6400,E6410,E4300, Optiplex 780\760.
Its seems when i try and push the image out to the E4310 it does not accept my current credenials which i use to access the "Network share" where the deployment point is located.
I have syspreped this image with all the latest Massstorage driver for all my models , the only things i have not included in my WINPE deploy image is the latest NIC for the 4310...could this be my issue?
oddly enough i do get a legitimate ip as i'm pxe booting into it.

I would add the latest NIC driver for the E4310 to your WinPE to rule that out as the cause.

Hi Warren,

Further on this , i have created a WIMPE image only with W7 NIC and mass storage drivers and the issue still occurs.
On another note i tried this on 2 different E4310 which we got from DELL and the problem does not occur , it appears that the issue only happens on one particular E4310 , ive even had a Dell guy here swap over the NIC.
