Latitude E4310
Given that there's a Windows 7 driver download for this model, I'm assuming it's Windows 7 compatible. Is there a reason it's not listed on Dell's Windows 7 Compatibility page here:

That Win7 Compatibility page is from 2009. The E4310 came out after that. I'll try to find the owner of the page and get it updated. Your assumption is correct. If you see a supported driver for Windows 7 then the model is compatible with Win7.
