video on wyse3040 crashes the virtual server 30processors 100g ram with only 8 client

hello all,

we have a virtual windows server 2019 with 100g for ram and 30proccessors allocated to this machine

we use wyse 3040 thinos8.6  to connect with rdp 10 to this server .

When users play video  like  you tube  we have 100 % processor use on the server with only 8  wyse  connect  on you tube for example.

Is there a way  to play locally the video  or use the processor  of the wyse ?

Its difficult to explain to our buisness partner that the server can offer  video for only 8 users ..
