Filter Document Types (create/import document)
Is it possible to restrict group of users to view some types and allow for other group to see them from the drop down list when creating/importing documents.
Example:
SuperType: vlada_dt_zaklucok
Extends from vlada_dt_zaklucok => sozr_dt_zaklucok
Extends from vlada_dt_zaklucok => mon_dt_zaklucok
Then we have 2 groups sozr_grp and mon_grp and i want the users from sozr_grp to have only sozr_dt_zaklucok visible from the drop-down list and the users from mon_grp to have only mon_dt_zaklucok visible (also from the drop down) when importing or creating new documents.

who i can use presets functionality?

Create a role(ex. Ex_Role), then define user(ex. User1) for that particular role.
Crate a permission set with Write permission for User1.
Login with Administrator. Then go to webtop and open the presets in Administration. Then go to Right hand pane, File menu->New -> Preset
Here you can select that recently created role Ex_Role. And in Rules Tab select those component which you want to give to selected role. Here you can also specify the file format for that role...
