If you have a previously owned EMC CLARiiON
There have been several threads in this forum from people with CLARiiONs which have been acquired from places other than from EMC. Generally they're needing updates to the flare code.
I have discovered that in order to get support and current code these CLARiiONs must be recertified by EMC and there is a fee for this.

do you have any clue in what pricing range this recertification is ? Are we talking $1,000, $10k, $5k ? Depending on capacity, Clariion model, family (CX, CX2, CX3, CX4) ?
