Integration Windows Server 2008 R2 failed

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with a AD on Windows Server 2008 R2 and enVision RSA, I configured like the manual say of enVision for Windows but the events are not displayed, only show the following message: Next record is 0; not writing to POS.

please help.
