NGTriiage 27.0.10 (DL61612) unable to run
Hi Guys,
Downloaded the latest NGTriiage but unable to run the error that I get is as below, additionally, since the old Triiage is uninstalled I cant seem to see the C:\Tools folder as well can someone please provide the attachements and files required as discussed in 000335832 offline as I'm unable to access the network path.

NGTRiiAGE requires that the directory contain either a single file or a matched pair (SPA and SPB) from the same array. Metafiles that contain SPcollects or service data files are subject to the same rules.

Hi Arun,
we encountered a similar issue since the tool has not been updated and beyon the 90 days. What we did was remove the application entirely then perform a clean install again. This resolved it on every system that we encountered issues with prior to the removal and clean install. Best of luck
