Update BIOS and enable UEFI during PXE boot WinPE session

Hi,

We got 500+ Dell PCs (only Latitude, Optiplex and Precision models). We're deploying Win10 1809 in all these and I would like to do the following in a PXE boot task sequence created.

1. Update BIOS firmware prior to OS deployment during WinPE session (need help on best way to do it)
2. Convert BIOS to UEFI just after bios firmware update (need help on best way to do it)
3. Deploy OS (works fine)
