dell power manager installation wizard interrupted inspirion 5575

I'm trying to download Dell power manager to control the power usage on my Laptop after clean windows re-installation. I'm afraid that there's an issue showing interrupted before completely install the software issue. I tried multiple times with many different ways to fix this issue but didn't make any difference.

I hope someone knows a way to fix this issue.
