All LUNs have gone
Hi,
We have just lost all connections to our SAN LUNs and ESX is not showing the LUNs.
We can connect to the Equalogic group address but when we log in there is nothing displaying. Sometimes, the screen begins to populate but eventually it crashes out.
There are 3 SAN devices within the group.
Can anyone provide any hints as to what could cause this? The devices are on our DC and we are not yet on site although remote hands suggested that we may have 1 failed disk - surely this would not cause such an issue
Any help and hints would be greatly appreciated

You need to open a support case. They can work remotely with you and gather diags to resolve this level of problem.
