Controller Module 0 shows Red light 'err' and is not shown in Group Manager GUI @ PS4100E
Dear All,
I have started my installation with EQL PS4100E. Have connected the Ctrl 1 via serial cable and started configuration as it was active. After initial config, i launch the web for Group Manager, i found the ctrl 0 module is absent and checked if its okay, found 'Red' indicator beside 'err' mark.
What would be the possible cause, and remedy for this issue, please help.

Hello,
Connect the serial port to controller 0. I would capture the output and open a support case. It could be a defective compact flash card, possibly missing or not fully seated.
