Dell equallogic PS4000 can't acces group manager throught serial
Hello,
I want to reset my SAN throught serial but i cant login.
The login is prompted and the credentials are correct (tried CFE reset but it does the same thing) it shows nothing and log out after a while.
I have 2 array controllers, already tried to disable one but it has no effect.
I'm out of idea's, somebody got a clue?

Hello,
What happens when you enter your username / password? Are they accepted then the session is terminated or do they get denied?
FYI: The passwords are not stored on the controllers, so changing controllers has not effect.
What happens if you try to connect via SSH or Telnet?
If those also fail, where the username and password are accepted but then session closes, with no servers connected, power down the arrays. Wait two minutes then power them up again. Try the login again.
Also there is no "CFE reset" command.
